Who We Work With

Our Clients

What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with owner-operated small businesses and industrial operators in Southern Brazoria County and the Gulf Coast of Texas — typically businesses with 5 to 50 employees that are ready to improve operations, reduce inefficiency, or accelerate growth. If you're wearing too many hats and feel like the business is running you instead of the other way around, you're exactly who we work with.
Do you work with businesses outside of Brazoria County?
Our primary focus is Southern Brazoria County and the Gulf Coast of Texas — Lake Jackson, Clute, Freeport, Angleton, and surrounding communities. That said, we take select engagements across the greater Houston area and beyond depending on the fit. Reach out and let's talk.
What industries do you serve?
We don't restrict ourselves to a single industry. Our background is in industrial operations, but the operational and strategic challenges we solve — inefficiency, unclear accountability, poor cash flow visibility, growth plateaus — exist in nearly every sector. We've worked across industrial services, specialty contracting, professional services, and Gulf Coast manufacturing.
My business is small. Is NPG too advanced for me?
No. We built NPG specifically for small businesses that don't have access to in-house operational leadership. You don't need a large organization to benefit from a clear strategy and disciplined execution. In fact, smaller businesses often see the fastest results because there's less organizational inertia to work through.
Our Approach

How We Work

How is NPG different from other consultants?
Most consultants deliver a strategy document and a handshake. NPG embeds with your team and stays engaged through execution. We bring 13+ years of industrial operations experience and MBA-level financial discipline — applied directly to your business, not theoretical frameworks. You won't be handed off to junior staff. You work directly with our managing consultant the entire time.
What does the consulting process look like?
We start with a no-obligation discovery call to understand your situation. From there, we conduct a rapid operational assessment, develop a prioritized action plan, and begin implementation alongside your team. You'll have a clear picture of what we're doing and why at every step. No surprises, no jargon — just focused work toward measurable outcomes.
Will I be working directly with the founder?
Yes. NPG is founder-led. You work directly with our managing consultant — not junior staff or subcontractors — from the first discovery call through the final deliverable. That direct relationship is a deliberate choice. It keeps the quality high and the communication clear.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Engagements vary by scope. A Strategy Sprint runs about 30 days. A full Execution Partner engagement typically runs 90 to 180 days. A Transformation engagement is scoped individually based on the complexity of the change. We don't pad timelines — we stay until the work is done and the change is real.

What We Offer

What is a Strategy Sprint?
A Strategy Sprint is a focused 30-day engagement where we rapidly assess your business, identify your highest-impact opportunities, and deliver a clear, prioritized action plan. It's designed for owners who need clarity fast and want to cut through the noise. You walk away knowing exactly what to do and in what order.
What does an Execution Partner engagement involve?
An Execution Partner engagement means we work alongside your team to implement the changes — not just recommend them. We help you build processes, train your people, manage the change, and track results. Think of it as having a senior operational leader embedded in your business for the duration of the engagement.
What does Business Transformation mean?
Transformation engagements are for businesses undergoing significant structural change — a pivot, rapid scale, ownership transition, or a turnaround. These are custom-scoped engagements that go beyond process improvement into rebuilding how the business operates at a fundamental level. We scope these individually after a thorough discovery conversation.
Getting Started

Pricing & Next Steps

How much does it cost to work with NPG?
Pricing is scoped to your specific project and engagement length — we don't use one-size-fits-all retainers. That said, we price for small business budgets, not large enterprise ones. Schedule a discovery call and we'll give you a straightforward picture of what an engagement would look like for your business, with no obligation.
Do I need to prepare anything before the discovery call?
No preparation required. The discovery call is a relaxed, 30-minute conversation. We'll ask questions about your business, your biggest challenges, and what success looks like for you. Just show up ready to talk honestly about where you're at — that's all we need.
How quickly can NPG start?
We keep a limited client roster to make sure every engagement gets our full attention. Subject to current availability, most engagements can begin within two to four weeks of the initial discovery call. If you're facing an urgent situation, mention it — we'll do our best to accommodate.
What if I'm not sure what kind of help I need?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. Most owners we talk to know something is wrong — revenue is flat, the team is chaotic, margins are shrinking — but haven't diagnosed the root cause yet. That's our job. Just reach out and describe what you're experiencing. We'll help you figure out what's actually going on and whether we're the right fit to fix it.
